Delete Your Account

TIPMO is operated by GratifID. You can delete your TIPMO account and the personal data held with it at any time, either from inside the app or by sending us a request from this page. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you still have TIPMO installed, this is the quickest route:

• Open TIPMO and go to Settings.
• Tap General.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

You will be asked to re-authenticate before the deletion runs. Once confirmed, your account is deleted and you are signed out on that device.

If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, send us a request here. Use the email address associated with your TIPMO account so we can match the request to it.

Deleting your account removes:

• Your profile — name, display name, profile photo, job title.
• Your contact and identity details — phone number, email address, postal address, date of birth.
• Your tip history and the earnings records shown in the app.
• Your payout history as displayed in your account.
• Any NFC devices or workspaces paired to your account.
• Your support conversations with us.

A small amount of information survives deletion because we are legally required to keep it. We cannot delete it on request:

• Transaction and payout records. Records of tips paid and payouts made are retained for the period required by applicable tax and anti-money-laundering law. They are kept as financial records and are no longer linked to an active profile.
• Records held by Stripe.Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe, which keeps its own records under its own retention obligations as a regulated payment processor. Deleting your TIPMO account does not delete Stripe's records. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Deleting from inside the app takes effect immediately. A request sent from this page is completed within 30 days, and we email you at the address on the account to confirm once it is done.
